Group Sound Therapy

In this one hour of sound therapy, retune your frequency and raise your vibrations with Theta Therapy!

During this session, participants will guided through meditation using healing singing bowls, release trapped energy through therapeutic shamanic drumming, experience tuning fork therapy to "retune" energetic systems and relieve stress, fatigue, and anxiety.  

$22 per person.

Please bring yoga mat, pillow and blankets.
